TerraSana Heat & Eat Organic Ramen Noodles. The thin precooked noodles are steamed rather than fried and have a pleasantly soft texture. They can be heated directly in a wok or broth and are suitable for classic ramen soups as well as stir-fries with vegetables and tofu. Just the thing for a quick noodle bowl or a light lunch.

Application:
Rinse the ramen noodles briefly under cold water, gently separate them
and leave to drain. Heat them in your favourite stock or stir-fry
. Delicious with miso, seaweed, tofu and a generous portion of vegetables.
