In contrast to other varieties, I find them comparatively expensive and they are definitely too strongly roasted, so that you only taste a strong roasted flavour and no peanuts. I have used many different ones and this was not the case with most other manufacturers.

Empfinde ich im Gegensatz zu anderen Sorten als vergleichsweise teuer und ist definitv zu stark geröstet, sodass man nur noch starkes Röstaroma und keine Erdnüsse schmeckt. Ich habe schon viele verschiedene verwendet und das war bei den meisten anderen Herstellern nicht der Fall.

Sehr leckeres Erdnussmus, ausgewogener Geschmack, nach Umrühren sehr gute Konsistenz. Von "verbrannt" kann m. E. nicht die Rede sein, zumindest nicht bei der cremigen Variante. Die crunchy Variante habe ich noch nicht probiert.

For us, it had far too strong a roasted taste and aroma, and is also much darker than other varieties. I couldn't finish it at all because it tasted too burnt or charred all the time, even if you only added a little to the food, everything tasted burnt and not edible afterwards. For the price I expect something edible. I don't know why they produce it this way, does it make roasting faster? Or maybe they also get rid of burnt pieces? Maybe it was just the batch we had.

Für uns hatte es einen viel zu starken Röstgeschmack und Aroma, ist auch viel dunkler als andere Sorten. Ich konnte es gar nicht zu Ende essen, da es mir ständig zu verbrannt oder verkohlt geschmeckt hat, auch wenn man nur ein wenig ans Essen gemacht hat, schmeckte danach alles verbrannt und nicht essbar. Für den Preis erwarte ich etwas Essbares. Weiß nicht warum man es so produziert, geht so evtl. das Rösten schneller? Oder man wird so verbrannte Stücke auch mit los? Vielleicht war es nur die Charge, die wir hatten.

I always snack on a teaspoon of TerraSana peanut butter on days when I don't eat sweets. But I don't like it as a spread. Since it is a pure puree, it does not contain any salt, which usually gives peanut butter its intense flavour. But that's only a small downer. All in all, it's a great product!

Vom TerraSana Erdnussmus nasche ich immer Mal wieder einen Teelöffel an Tagen an denen ich mir die Süßigkeiten verkneife. Als Aufstrich mag ich aber es nicht. Da es ein reines Mus ist, enthält es natürlich keine Salz, das aber Erdnussbutter normalerweise den intensiven Geschmack verleiht. Das ist aber nur ein kleiner Wermutstropfen. Alles in allem ist es ein tolles Produkt!
