TerraSana Organic Pad Thai Brown Rice Noodles. Pad Thai noodles are wide, flat noodles that can be served with fresh vegetables and other ingredients, such as tofu, to make a Thai curry. The typical Thai classic with these noodles is a dish called Pad Thai. It is prepared with sweet and sour sauce and the characteristic flat noodles in a pan and garnished with lime slices and coriander. However, these ribbon noodles also go well with Mediterranean dishes.

Application:
Please do not boil. Put the noodles in a bowl, pour boiling water over the noodles and let them stand for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain the noodles. Delicious with fresh vegetables and Asian sauces.
