TerraSana Organic Mild Shoyu. Shoyu is a mild Japanese soy sauce made from soybeans, wheat and koji (a Japanese noble mould). This shoyu is brewed in the traditional way and ferments for at least 18 months - and you can taste it! Delicious in (miso) soups, with (soba and udon) noodles, stir-fries or as a dip (with sushi).
