This bread is very good for me. I have a histamine intolerance and am therefore not allowed to eat yeast or sourdough. I also find it tasty. But for some people, including my acquaintances, it takes some getting used to. You can't compare this bread with other breads. I would buy it again and again and highly recommend it.

Mir bekommt dieses Brot sehr gut. Ich habe eine Histaminintoleranz und darf daher keine Hefe oder Sauerteig zu mir nehmen. Auch geschmacklich finde ich es gut. Doch für einige ist es gewöhnungsbedürftig, auch in meinen Bekanntenkreis. Man kann dieses Brot nicht mit anderen Broten vergleichen. Ich würde es immer wieder kaufen und kann es sehr empfehlen.
