: Review date:I was a bit puzzled when I opened the can and saw that the milk did not contain the usual coconut mass and water. The consistency was consistently soft and I liked it. The taste was very good, probably due to the higher fat content of 80% instead of the usual 60% plus water. But I don't know how the consistency turns out so evenly, it probably only works with thickeners. But there's nothing about that in the contents. I can recommend it - even if you want to make a light cream with some added flavour like mango puree, for example.
Etwas verblüfft habe ich in die geöffnete Dose geschaut, das die Milch nicht wie sonst üblich Kokosmasse und Wasser enthielt. Die Konsistenz war durchweg weich und hat mit gefallen. Geschmacklich sehr gut, liegt wohl am höheren Fettgehalt und eben 80%, statt meist nur 60% plus Rest Wasser. Wie aber die Konsistenz so gleichmäßig schön gerät, ist mir ein Rätsel, geht wohl eigentlich nur mit Verdickungsmitteln. Aber davon steht nichts im Inhalt. Kann ich empfehlen - auch mal wenn man eine leichte Creme machen möchte mit etwas Geschmackszusatz wie Mangomus zum Beispiel.

Ich koche gerne asiatische Pfannengerichte. Für viele Rezepte brauch ich ca. 200 ml Kokosnussmilch. Darum bevorrate ich mich immer mit den kleinen Dosen von TerraSana. Die kann ich meist auf einen Schlag leer machen und hab danach nicht noch einen halbe Dose im Kühlschrank stehen. Ach ja, das Aroma ist auch super.
