Very good flavour. A great alternative, not only for those with gluten intolerance. However, the pasta tends to stick together. It is therefore advisable to stir them every now and then when cooking and to use plenty of water. They go particularly well with Asian dishes. However, we also like to use them with Italian sauces.

Sehr guter Geschmack. Eine tolle Alternativen nicht nur bei Glutenunverträglichkeit. Die Nudeln neigen allerdings dazu, zusammenzukleben. Daher ist es ratsam, sie beim Kochen immer wieder mal umzurühren und reichlich Wasser zu verwenden. Passen besonders gut zu asiatischen Gerichten. Wir verwenden sie aber auch gerne mit italienischen Saucen.

I love pasta, especially spaghetti. But because of my gluten intolerance, it's hard to find a good pasta. This one is quite nice.
