TerraSana Organic Vietnamese Brown Rice Paper. With these rice paper sheets, you can prepare delicious summer rolls in no time at all. The Asian snack, filled with fresh, crunchy ingredients that can be dipped in the sauce of your choice, will fulfil the hearts of all Asia lovers. Simply roll and enjoy!
Preparation: Cut the desired filling into thin strips (juliennes). Dip one rice paper at a time in warm (not boiling) water. Place the filling in the centre of the sheet. Then fold the sides inwards and roll up tightly.
Tips for the filling: carrot strips or slices, spring onions, peppers, cucumber, avocado, red pepper, sprouts, mango, coriander, mint, (glass) noodles, sushi ginger.
