: Review date:We didn't taste any of the ginger and pumpkin, but the consistency of the noodles - compared to some other gluten-free noodles - is very good. The quantity is not for typical 2-persons or 4-persons, so that's still a small drawback.... I have found that with gluten-free pasta there can be large variations. Sometimes 250g of dry product is enough for 4 people, sometimes only for 2, depending on the base (corn, chickpeas, rice etc...) on which the noodles are made. It would be great if the packaging indicated how many grams should be enough for how many people.
Von Ingwer und Kürbis haben wir nichts geschmeckt, aber die Konsistenz der Nudeln ist - im Vergleich mit einigen anderen glutenfreien Nudeln - sehr gut. Die Menge ist nicht für typische 2-Personen oder 4-Personen, das ist noch ein kleines Manko... ich habe festgestellt, dass bei glutenfreien Nudeln grosse Abweichungen sein können. Mal reichen 250g Trockenprodukt für 4 Personen, mal nur für 2, je nachdem auf welcher Basis (Mais, Kichererbsen, Reis etc...) die Nudeln gemacht sind. Wäre toll, wen die Verpackung angibt, wieviel Gramm für wieviel Leute ausreichen sollte.
