You can taste the delicious flavour with every bite. Besides pasta with a little truffle butter or spread thinly on roasted meat, I can recommend another insider tip: Try the butter on grilled bread! Now that the barbecue season is about to start again.... Spread a little on top and bite into it. A thousand times better than any herb baguette from the supermarket!
Der Bewertung von Daria C. kann ich nur zustimmen. Die Butter mit weißen Trüffeln ist nicht ganz günstig, dafür hält die Beschreibung auf der Violey-Seite, was sie verspricht. Den leckeren Geschmack kann man mit jedem Biss schmecken. Neben Pasta mit ein wenig Trüffelbutter oder dünn aufgestrichen auf gebratenem Fleisch kann ich einen weiteren Geheimtipp empfehlen: Probiert die Butter auf gegrilltem Brot! Jetzt, wo die Grillsaison bald wieder anfängt.. Ganz wenig drauf streichen und reinbeißen. Tausendmal besser, als irgendwelches Kräuterbaguette vom Supermarkt!

That's why I've already looked for other recipes on the internet where I can use the truffle butter. I'm really looking forward to the result. The butter is not cheap, but it is just right for special occasions or when you want to indulge yourself. Highly recommended.
Ich habe mir bei meiner letzten Violey Bestellung mal was ganz Besonderes gegönnt und die Trüffelbutter geordert. Am letzten Wochenende habe ich sie dann zum ersten Mal ausprobiert, indem ich frische Spaghetti gekocht, sie anschließend in der Butter geschwenkt und mit Parmesan bestreut habe. Das war echt super lecker. Deshalb habe ich mir im Internet inzwischen schon weitere Rezepte rausgesucht, bei deren Zubereitung ich die Trüffelbutter verwenden kann. Bin schon ganz gespannt auf das Ergebnis. Zwar ist die Butter nicht ganz billig aber für besondere Gelegenheiten bzw. wenn man es sich einmal gutgehen lassen möchte, genau das Richtige. Sehr empfehlenswert.
