: Review date:The lentil spread from Tartex is a surprisingly tasty liver sausage alternative. In terms of consistency, colour and taste, this vegan spread resembles coarse animal liver sausage better than the conventional vegan commercial product with the grinder. The 135g jars are perfectly adequate for people who only occasionally fancy this flavour. Once opened, the spread, which I also eat on my breakfast roll (why evening spread?!), kept for 3 weeks (after which the jar was empty).
Eine überraschend leckere Leberwurst-Alternative ist der Linsenaufstrich von Tartex. Sowohl in Konsistenz, Farbe und Geschmack ähnelt dieser vegane Brotaufstrich der groben tierischen Leberwurst aus meiner Sicht besser als das konventionelle vegane Handelsprodukt mit der Mühle. Die Gläschen mit 135g sind für Leute, die nur ab und an Lust auf diesen Geschmack haben, völlig ausreichend. Geöffnet war der Aufstrich, den ich auch auf meinem Frühstücksbrötchen esse (warum Abendbrotaufstrich?!), bei mir 3 Wochen haltbar (danach war das Glas nämlich leer).
