Super honey!!! It's like walking through a eucalyptus forest when you open the jar. This fine, subliminal fresh odour - also found in the taste. A dream.

I'm not a big fan of honey, but if I am, it's this one! I was just interested in how eucalyptus honey tastes, and just like forest honey, you can taste a slight undertone that makes the honey more interesting and less sweet. For cheese or for caramelising in the pan, I think it's just right!

Ich bin kein großer Honigfan, aber wenn, dann diesen hier! Mich hat einfach interessiert, wie Eukalyptushonig schmeckt und genau wie beim Waldhonig schmeckt man einen leichten Unterton, der den Honig interessanter und weniger süß macht. Für Käse oder zum Karamellisieren in der Pfanne finde ich das genau richtig so!
