When I bought it, I was not aware that it was not a powder but a paste. But that is not a bad thing. The broth is the tastiest I have ever tasted! I also like the fact that it contains no sugar. Unfortunately, the broth does not dissolve so well in water, which might be due to the starch-free recipe.

Mir war beim Kauf erstmal nicht bewusst, dass es sich um kein Pulver handelt sondern eine Paste. Das ist aber nicht schlimm. Die Brühe ist die leckerste die ich je gekostet habe! Super finde ich auch, dass kein Zucker enthalten ist. Leider löst sich die Brühe nicht so gut im Wasser, was vielleicht an der stärkefreien Rezeptur liegen könnte.
