SunflowerFamily Organic Sunflower Bolo. With the plant-based SunflowerHack, a meat substitute made from sunflower seeds, and the spice preparation, you will conjure up delicious meals. Recipe tips for Chili Sin Carne, Thai Curry or Spaghetti Bolognese will are also included in the package.
Recipe by Sunflower: Spaghetti Bolognese
  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 76 g SunflowerHack
  • Seasoning blend
  • 1 can of tomatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 500 ml water
  • Some virgin olive oil
  • Fresh basil

Preparation: Fry diced oninons in oil, add canned tomatoes. Add 500 ml of water, seasoning blend and SunflowerHack. Stir, bring to boil and season to taste. Add virgin oil; decorate with fresh basil and serve with spaghetti.
