If you don't like the smell and taste of tea tree oil, you should stay away from the drops. However, I like tea tree essential oil and am very satisfied with the product. The consistency is a bit like gummy bears. If you suck them slowly and let them melt in your mouth, it takes about 5 minutes for the drop to disappear. However, the taste lasts for quite a while, so that especially when I have a cold, my nose stays clear for a while. A big plus compared to other sweets!

Wer den Geruch und Geschmack von Teebaumöl nicht mag, sollte von den Drops Abstand nehmen. Ich mag jedoch ätherisches Teebaumöl und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt. Die Konsistenz ist ein bisschen wie Gummibärchen. Wenn man sie langsam lutscht und im Mund zergehen lässt, dauert es circa 5 Minuten bis der Drop verschwunden ist. Der Geschmack hält bei mir aber noch eine ganze Weile an, sodass gerade bei einer Erkältung die Nase noch ein wenig frei bleibt. Großer Pluspunkt im Vergleich zu anderen Bonbons!

When my husband recently had a nasty cold with a constant coughing fit, I ordered him these drops from Violey. Unfortunately, he wasn't quite as enthusiastic about them as I had hoped, given the many positive reviews. Although he found the drops pleasant, he found the taste so unappetising that he increasingly refused to suck them. He thinks this is probably due to the tea tree oil they contain. Of course, I then also tried a drop and I don't find them bad at all. Hence the following rating: Well effective, but, as with everything, a matter of taste. Nevertheless, I recommend it.

Als mein Mann vor kurzem eine fiese Erkältung mit ständigem Hustenreiz hatte, habe ich ihm diese Drops bei Violey bestellt. Leider war er von ihnen nicht ganz so begeistert, wie ich, aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen, erhofft hatte. Er empfand die Drops zwar als angenehm, fand den Geschmack jedoch so unappetitlich, dass er sich zunehmend weigerte, diese zu lutschen. Er meint, das läge wohl an dem enthaltenen Teebaumöl. Natürlich habe ich daraufhin auch einen Drop versucht – und ich finde sie gar nicht so übel. Daher folgende Bewertung: Gut wirksam, aber, wie bei allem, eine Geschmacksfrage. Trotzdem zu empfehlen.
