Spielberger Ready-Mix Organic Falafel. This Arabic speciality has a typical oriental recipe. Only 250ml of water is needed for the preparation. The falafels taste good warm or cold. They go well with salad, yoghurt dip or hummus.
Preparation:
Put the contents of the packet into a bowl and mix with 250ml of boiling water. Leave to soak for 15 minutes. Form 14-16 teaspoon-sized balls with wet hands. Fry in a pan with plenty of oil until golden brown on all sides. Remove and shortly afterwards place on a plate with kitchen paper.
