Spielberger Organic White Quinoa. Botanically speaking, quinoa is not a grain, but can be applied in many dishes as a grain. Enjoy quinoa as a side dish, in vegetable stir-fries, casseroles, as a soup garnish or for salads and bowls. It also tastes good in sweet casseroles and dishes.
Basic recipe for 4 portions:
Wash the quinoa thoroughly, then simmer in 2.5 times the amount of water for approx. 15 minutes, then leave to soak for 5 minutes.
