Basic recipe: semolina porridge
Stir 30 g of wheat semolina into 250 ml of boiling milk and leave to soak for 10-15 minutes. Sweeten according to taste.

Stir 50 g wheat semolina into 250 ml boiling milk and leave to swell for 10-15 minutes. Then stir in 1 egg yolk and spread the mixture 2 cm thick on a baking tray. When cooled down, cut into rhomb shapes and fry in oil on both sides until golden brown. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
