Spielberger Organic Wheat Bran. Wheat bran consists of the outer layers of the wheat grain. It can be used as an addition to muesli, yogurt and curd desserts as well as smoothies, shakes and pastries.
Recipe: Strawberry coconut smoothie
Ingredients: 300 g strawberries, 100 g raspberries, 2 bananas, 1 tin coconut milk, 150 ml orange juice, 2 heaped tablespoons wheat bran
Preparation: Puree the prepared fruit. Add the coconut milk and orange juice. Sweeten to taste and finally add the wheat bran. Chill and allow to swell for a short time. According to taste, dilute with a little more orange juice.
