: Review date:These are really high-quality noodles for a change. I am very enthusiastic. Normally, ribbon noodles always stick together in a lump after cooking. That is not the case with Spielberger. They are neither mushy nor soggy. The noodles are cooked in record time and remain firm to the bite. And the taste is impeccable. The spelt gives the noodles a subtle cereal flavour, but it's pleasant and doesn't overpower the sauce like some other products. I like that very much. Because of the width, the ribbon noodles also look very good and can be arranged nicely. As we all know, the eye eats with us.
Hier handelt es sich wirklich mal um qualitativ hochwertige Nudeln. Ich bin ganz begeistert. Normalerweise kleben mir Bandnudeln nach dem Kochen immer zu einem Klumpen zusammen. Das ist bei Spielberger nicht der Fall. Sie sind weder matschig noch pampig. Die Nudeln sind in Rekordzeit fertig gekocht und bleiben dabei bissfest. Und der Geschmack ist astrein. Durch den Dinkel erhalten die Nudeln einen dezenten Getreidegeschmack, der aber angenehm ist und die Soße nicht erschlägt, wie bei einigen anderen Produkten. Das gefällt mir sehr gut. Durch die Breite machen sich die Bandnudeln auch optisch sehr gut und lassen sich hübsch anrichten. Das Auge isst ja bekanntlich mit.
