Super tasty, almost the best light-coloured spelt pasta there is - for a pasta fan who only ate the wheat variety in his youth (over 30 years ago). :-) So I'd like to mention it to anyone who doesn't (yet) like spelt pasta or would like to switch to spelt. So feel free to give it a try. Of course, as always, it's a matter of taste :-) . . .

Super lecker, die nahezu besten hellen Dinkelnudel dies es gibt - für einen Nudel-Fan, der damals in der Jugend (vor über 30 Jahren) nur die Weizenvariante gegessen hat. :-) Erwähne es daher für alle, die Dinkelnudeln (noch) nicht so sehr mögen oder gern zum Dinkel wechseln möchte. Also ruhig mal probieren. Ist natürlich am Ende wie immer "Geschmacksache" :-) . . .
