Bring 200 ml of water, milk or vegetable drink to a boil and stir in 65 g Organic Spelt Flakes for Porridge. Switch off the hot plate and continue to stir the porridge on the hot plate for about 2 minutes. Fill the porridge in a deep plate or bowl. Sweeten to taste.
Tip: Refine your porridge with a dash of cream, some fruits or a crispy topping, like a mixture of organic pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame.
