Spielberger Organic Spelt Couscous. Spelt couscous is made from wholemeal spelt flour in a traditional process. It is processed into a dough with water, pre-cooked with steam and then dried again. Due to the digestion with heat and water the grain is suitable for fast meals, as a side dish or for salads.
Basic recipe:
Douse the cous cous with 1.5 times the amount of boiling, slightly salted water. Allow to swell for 5 minutes. Loosen up with a fork and stir in a spoonful of oil.
