For direct use without pre-cooking or soaking

Spielberger Organic Soy Flakes. With these soya flakes, the whole grains are steamed and then rolled into flakes. All the ingredients of the whole grain remain. Prepared hot or cold with milk/juice/cereal drink etc. and some fruit, they are a quick meal.
Recipe: muesli mix
200 g soya flakes, 100 g oat flakes, 50 g chopped almonds, 30 g cranberries or goji berries, 20 g wheat bran.
Mix all ingredients, store in a sealed container and prepare in portions.

My decision to buy this product was initially based on the fact that only paper and no plastic is used for the packaging. The soy flakes are whole, not crumbled as sometimes experienced by other suppliers. I have bought this product many times and will continue to do so.

Meine Entscheidung für dieses Produkt fiel zunächst deshalb darauf, weil bei der Verpackung ausschließlich Papier und kein Plastik verwendet wird. Die Sojaflocken sind ganz, nicht zerkrümelt, wie manchmal von anderen Anbietern schon erlebt. Ich habe dieses Produkt inzwischen schon oft gekauft und werde es auch weiterhin tun.
