Spielberger Organic Rice Flakes. For these gluten free organic rice flakes, the whole grain is steamed and then rolled into a nice flake. Enjoy these flakes together with milk, juice, cereal drink or as a breakfast porridge with fruit.
Recipe: quick breakfast porridge with fruit
Boil approx. 120 ml liquid (water and milk / cereal drink) and take from the cooker. Stir in 40 g rice flakes (or a mixture with other, gluten-free flakes) and some grated lemon peel, allow to soak briefly and sweeten if desired. Potentially add some more liquid. A quick breakfast with berries or other fruit.
