Spielberger Organic Ready Mix Vegetable Patties

For 6-8 vegan vegetable patties

Spielberger Gemüse Bratlinge. A mixture of vegetables, spelt and oat flakes and refined with carefully selected, finely balanced garden herbs. The vegetable patties are easy to prepare and can be used in a variety of ways: as a side dish to salads, with a dip, as a filling for vegetables and, of course, for vegetarian burgers.
Preparation of 6-8 vegetable patties
Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes
Soaking time: 10 minutes
Preparation: Place the contents of the packet in a bowl and mix with 150 ml boiling water. Leave to soak for 10 minutes.
Form 6-8 patties with wet hands, depending on size. Fry in a pan with plenty of oil until golden brown on all sides. Remove and place briefly on a plate with kitchen paper.
The vegetable patties taste great warm. Serve with salad and yoghurt dip.

Variations:
  • Finger food - shape the mixture into sticks about the thickness of a thumb, roll in sesame seeds and fry on all sides. Serve with dip.
  • Stuffed vegetables - stuff vegetables such as courgettes or peppers with the mixture and bake in the oven.
