Spielberger Organic Ready-Mix Green Spelt Patties. The smoky flavour of grünkern gives these vegan burgers their strong taste. Only 250ml of water is needed for the prepartion. Enjoy the Grünkernburgers with salad, a yoghurt dip or your favourite BBQ sauce.
Preparation:
Put the contents of the packet into a bowl and mix with 250ml of boiling water. Leave to soak for 15 minutes. Form 6-10 burgers with wet hands, depending on size. Fry in a pan with oil until golden brown on both sides.
Tip: For extra fluffy burgers, knead 1 egg into the mixture.
