Spielberger Organic Quinoa Flakes, gluten free

For mueslis or porridge

Spielberger Glutenfreie Quinoaflocken are gluten free organic quinoa flakes. The quinoa plant belongs to the pigweed family. For the gluten free Spielberger Organic Quinoa Flakes the whole grain is carefully steamed and rolled. Through its hazelnut taste they refine each muesli and can be mixed with desserts and porridges.
Recipe: quinoa granola
  • 100g Organic Quinoa Flakes
  • 100 g coarse-grained oat flakes
  • 100 g quick-cooking oat flakes
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 50 g linseed
  • 50g almond flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
Preparation: Mix all the ingredients together to form a sticky mixture. Pour onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Roast in the oven at 175°C top heat for 30 minutes, mixing occasionally, until crispy.
