Spielberger Organic Quick-cooking Oatmeal. For the oatmeal, the whole grain is kilned, crushed, steamed and then rolled into a particularly tender flake. Thus, all the ingredients of the full grain remain. Enjoy the oatmeal with fruit, yoghurt or curd cheese.
Recipe: quick breakfast porridge with fruit
Bring about 120 ml of liquid (water and milk / cereal drink) to the boil and take from the cooker. Stir in 40 g of oat flakes and some grated lemon zest, allow to swell and sweeten according to taste. Add some more liquid if necessary. Refine with some berries or other fruit.
