Spielberger Organic Quick-cooking Oatmeal in the small 500 g package. For this oatmeal, the whole grain is kilned, crushed, steamed and then rolled out into a particularly tender flake. The oat flakes can be enjoyed without being cooked or soaked. Prepared hot or cold with milk/juice/cereal drink etc. and some fruit, they are a quick meal.
Recipe: quick breakfast porridge with fruit
Bring about 120 ml of liquid (water and milk / cereal drink) to the boil and take from the cooker. Stir in 40 g of oat flakes and some grated lemon zest, allow to swell and sweeten according to taste. Add some more liquid if necessary. Refine with some berries or other fruit.
