Spielberger Organic Oatmeal fine-grained. During production of these fine-grained organic oat flakes, the whole grain is kilned, crushed, steamed and then rolled into a fine flake. Thus, all the ingredients of the grain remain. In the small 500 g package.
Quick breakfast porridge with fruits
Bring about 120 ml of liquid (water and milk / soya drink) to a boil and remove from the stove. Stir in 40 g of oatmeal and some grated lemon peel, leave to swell for a short time and sweeten as desired. You might add some more liquid. Can be refined with berries or other fruit.
