Spielberger Organic Multidrink Flakes. Flake and seed mix as the basis for a natural plant-based drink with no added sugar¹ that you can make yourself. Oat, tiger nut and brown millet flakes combined with hemp seeds provide a balanced and full-bodied flavour and a pleasant creaminess. The plant-based drink can be enjoyed on its own, but can also be used in coffee, tea, muesli or for baking and cooking. Refine as you wish - whether sweet, nutty or fruity - there are no limits to your own creativity!

Preparation:

Place the contents of the bag in a bowl with 1.5 litres of hot, non-boiling water and soak for 30 minutes.
Blend for 1 minute using a blender or hand blender.
Strain the mixture into a suitable container using a plant drink bag, which is turned upside down beforehand, and squeeze with your hands to remove the solid components. The manufacturer recommends not straining the mixture all at once, but dividing it into three batches.
The bag should be rinsed out briefly with water after each cycle.
Enjoy the plant drink straight away or pour it into a glass jug. Store in the fridge and consume within two to three days.

Shake well before each use.
