Spielberger Organic Millet Porridge Flakes Mix

Mixture of millet and rice flakes with millet flour

Spielberger Organic Millet Porridge Flakes Mixture. The selected mixture of millet flakes, rice flakes and millet flour results in a creamy, hearty porridge. The millet gives the porridge a slightly nutty, mild taste. Golden millet is used for the production, which is steamed in the flake mill and then rolled into a nice flake.
Preparation:
  1. Boil 200 ml water, milk or vegetable drink and stir in 50 g millet porridge flakes.
  2. Allow the porridge to boil briefly, turn off the heat and continue to stir the porridge for about 1-2 minutes, depending on how thick you want it.
  3. Pour the porridge into a deep plate or bowl.
  4. Sweeten to taste.

Tip: Refine your porridge with a dollop of cream, some fruit or a crunchy topping, e.g. a mixture of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds.
