Spielberger Organic Buckwheat Porridge Flakes

Spielberger Organic Buckwheat Porridge Flakes Mixture Wholegrain. In the flake mill, the whole buckwheat grain is first carefully steamed, giving it a smooth texture, and then rolled into a beautiful flake. The selected mixture of buckwheat flakes, rice flakes and buckwheat flour results in a creamy, hearty porridge. The buckwheat gives the porridge a slightly tart, subtly nutty flavour.
Preparation:
  1. Boil 200 ml water, milk or vegetable drink and stir in 50 g buckwheat porridge flakes.
  2. Allow the porridge to boil briefly, turn off the heat and continue to stir the porridge for about 1-2 minutes, depending on how thick you want it.
  3. Pour the porridge into a deep plate or bowl.
  4. Sweeten to taste.
Tip: Refine your porridge with a dollop of cream, some fruit or a crunchy topping, e.g. a mixture of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds.
