Spielberger Organic Bircher Muesli. Rye, spelt, emmer and einkorn flakes are used for this classic muesli. Fine dried fruit and crunchy seeds round off the mixture. A muesli for all classic connoisseurs, but also for all fans of overnight oats.

Mix with natural yoghurt the evening before and leave to stand overnight. The next morning, stir in grated apple or pear to taste and add more yoghurt or milk until the desired consistency is reached. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup to taste. Tip: A dash of cream gives the muesli a very special creaminess.

If you're in a hurry in the morning, you can also add the grated fruit in the evening. Stir in a little lemon juice if necessary so that the fruit retains its fresh colour.

Bircher muesli also tastes great with plant-based yoghurt and milk alternatives as well as halved grapes and seasonal berries.
