Spielberger Organic Baking Mix Pizza Dough, gluten free. Baking gluten free pizza is difficult? Not with the baking mix for gluten free pizza dough. You just add water and frying oil to the baking mix. For 1 baking tray or 2 round spring-clip tins.
Preparation: 
Add: 
290 ml water, 3 tbsp frying oil

Preparation time: 5 minutes 
Baking time: approx. 20 minutes

Preparation for 1 baking tray (35 x 30 cm) or 2 spring-clip tins (Ø 28 cm):
Preheat oven to 250 °C (top/bottom heat). Mix the baking mixture with water and oil in a bowl and knead vigorously for several minutes with a hand mixer (dough hook) until you have a smooth, soft dough. 
Spoon the finished dough evenly onto a greased baking tray and top as desired. Place the tray on the lowest rack of the oven and bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes.

For me, this is still the best GLUTEN-FREE organic dough for pizza. I use 300 ml water and 25 minutes at 220 degrees. Topped with cheese, olives, salami, capers and mushrooms a dream for the whole family ;-)

Für mich nach wie vor der beste GLUTENFREIE BIOTEIG für Pizza. Ich nehme 300 ml Wasser und 25 Minuten bei 220 Grad. Belegt mit Käse, Oliven, Salami, Kapern und Pilzen ein Traum für die ganze Familie ;-)

I already found the smell of the dough unpleasant during preparation, like a cleaning agent. I was surprised that the rather liquid dough actually became firm. The finished dough is very hard and the taste is the same as the previous smell, although not as strong. In the end, I only ate our delicious topping. I would not buy the product again.

Den Geruch des Teiges empfand ich schon bei der Zubereitung als unangenehm, wie ein Putzmittel. Erstaunt war ich darüber, dass der eher flüssige Teig tatsächlich fest wurde. Der fertige Teig ist sehr hart und der Geschmack entspricht dem vorherigen Geruch, wenn auch nicht mehr so stark. Zum Schluss habe ich nur noch unseren leckeren Belag gegessen. Ich würde das Produkt nicht nochmals kaufen.
