Application:
Basic recipe: risotto
Prepare 600 ml of stock and heat it. Sauté 200 g rice in some oil until it is translucent. Deglaze with some of the vegetable stock so that the rice is covered. Allow to simmer. When the liquid has been absorbed, continue to add hot stock, stirring occasionally. Repeat this process until the liquid has been absorbed and the rice is cooked well. Fold in grated parmesan cheese according to taste.
