: Description:

Spielberger Organic 4-Flakes-Mixture is an organic mix of oat, barley, spelt and rye flakes. Each ones are steamed and then rolled into nice flakes. All the ingredients of the whole grain remain.
Recipe: simple vegetable cakes
500 g vegetables of your choice, 1 onion, 4 heaped tbsp. Organic 4-Grain Flakes, 3 tbsp. buckwheat flour, 3 tbsp. flour, 2 tsp. herb salt, 2 eggs, oil for frying

Grate the vegetables and finely chop the onion. Mix everything together in a bowl very well and knead into a dough. Let it rest for at least 1 hour. Heat the oil in a pan, add the single cakes to the pan with the spoon and fry until golden-yellow at medium heat. They taste warm and cold.

My absolute favourite among the flake mixes. I especially like to use the 4-grain flakes for patties. For those who like to eat canned tuna and/or who, like me, are looking for a sufficient protein intake due to sports, I can recommend tuna patties. Simply mix 4-grain flakes, eggs and tuna and season. Then form into a patty and fry it out. It's simply delicious!

Mein absoluter Favorit unter den Flockenmischungen. Besonders gerne verwende ich die 4-Korn-Flocken für Bratlinge. Wer gerne Thunfisch aus der Dose isst und/oder sportbedingt wie ich auf eine ausreichende Proteinzufuhr achtet, dem kann ich Thunfisch-Bratlinge empfehlen. Einfach 4-Korn-Flocken, Eier und Thunfisch mischen und würzen. Dann zu einem Patty formen und rausbraten. Schmeckt einfach mega lecker!
