: Review date:It's nice that there are such large packs. I can use it for a long time. Great for baking, smoothies and sauces. It even tastes good on its own. It's a bit expensive, but what the hell. You don't treat yourself to anything else.
Schön, dass es so große Packungen gibt. Komm ich gut und lang mit hin. Klasse zum Backen, für Smoothies, bei Soßen. Schmeckt sogar pur. Bisserl teuer ist es schon, aber was soll's. Man gönnt sich ja sonst nix.

: Review date:The almond puree from Soyana is my favourite. It tastes really delicious, is nice and creamy and is great to use in cakes, tarts and other baked goods. I personally find the plastic packaging practical, so you can simply reseal the bucket and store the almond puree in the fridge, as I don't usually use it all at once. The price is also right.
Das Mandelpüree von Soyana ist mein Favorit. Es schmeckt wirklich sehr lecker, ist schön cremig und lässt sich super in Kuchen, Torten und anderen Backwaren verarbeiten. Ich persönlich finde die Plastikverpackung praktisch, so kann man den Eimer einfach wiederverschließen und das Mandelpüree im Kühlschrank aufbewahren, da ich meist nicht alles auf einmal verbrauche. Der Preis stimmt auch.

: Review date:This almond puree has a slightly sandy consistency (hence a point deduction) and is not quite as creamy as the almond puree from Rapunzel - but the puree tastes really delicious and is also super easy to use! A recipe book was not included, only a few suggestions for use are on the packaging. If you are worried about buying the almond paste in a plastic bucket, you should know the following: According to the Soyana homepage, the bucket used to pack the organic almond puree is made of polypropylene (PP) and contains neither plasticisers, PVC nor bisphenol A. The same PP is also used by the company to make the almond puree. By the way, the company also uses the same PP for all cups, sealing foils and lids!
Dieses Mandelpüree hat eine leicht sandige Konsistenz (daher ein Punkt Abzug) und ist nicht ganz so cremig wie das Mandelmus von Rapunzel - das Püree schmeckt aber wirklich lecker und läßt sich auch supergut verarbeiten! Ein Rezeptbuch lag nicht bei, lediglich ein paar Verwendungsvorschläge sind auf der Verpackung. Wer bedenken hat das Mandelmus im Plastikeimer zu kaufen, sollte folgendes wissen: Lt. der Homepage von Soyana besteht der Eimer zur Verpackung des BioMandelpüree aus Polypropylen (PP) und enthält weder Weichmacher, PVC noch Bisphenol A. Dasselbe PP verwendet die Firma übrigens auch für alle Becher, Siegelfolien und Deckel!
