: Review date:This spice mix is currently our favourite. Ordered with the newsletter discount. We used to like using garam masala. But this mix is more subtle yet still full of flavour. We use it for Asian cooking and occasionally, with a good oil, for marinating soy steaks and the like. As always, the quality from Sonnentor is spot on.
Diese Gewürzmischung ist aktuell unser Liebling. Bestellt mit Newsletterrabatt. Hatten davor gern GaramMasala verwendet. Aber diese Mischung ist dezenter und doch geschmacklich erlebnisreich. Nutzen sie für die morgenländische Küche und zeitweise auch mit gutem Öl für das Marinieren von Sojasteaks und ähnlich. Qualität von Sonnentor stimmt wie immer.
