: Review date:I needed quendel for a particular recipe and was happy to have found it from Sonnentor here at Violey. It's actually similar to thyme, but a bit different - strange to describe - but the salad was super tasty with it. There were even 1-2 questions from the congregation about which herbs had been used to flavour it! :D
Ich habe Quendel für ein bestimmtes Rezept gebraucht und war froh, ihn von Sonnentor hier bei Violey gefunden zu haben. Ist tatsächlich ähnlich wie Thymian, aber ein bisschen anders - komisch zu beschreiben - jedenfalls war der Salat damit super lecker. Gab sogar 1-2 Rückfragen der Gemeinde, mit welchen Kräutern gewürzt worden sei! :D
