Sonnentor Organic Vanilla Bean. Use a knife to scrape the seeds out of the pod or cook the whole pod with rice pudding, custard and semolina porridge to tease out a lot of flavour. Remove the vanilla bean after cooking. The brown colour is produced by months of fermentation and drying of the orchid seed pod.
