We like thyme. As a spice and as a tea for colds and bronchial problems. The quality is right for us at Sonnentor. Well cut and few twigs/branches in the spices. In the kitchen, we use the thyme in its natural state on butter slices, for mixing in herb quark or as an addition to roast beef.

Wir mögen Thymian. Als Gewürz und als Tee bei Erkältung und Bronchialproblemen. Die Qualität stimmt für uns bei Sonnentor. Gut geschnitten und wenig Zweige/Äste im Gewürzgut. In der Küche nutzen wir den Thymian naturbelassen auf die Butterschnitte, zum Anmischen im Kräuterquark oder als Zugabe bei Rinderbraten.
