Tastes very organic, so rather borderline for a fresh salad. The combination of aniseed/fennel/caraway and thyme makes it more like a tart herbal tea in a salad.

Schmeckt schon sehr Bio, also eher grenzwertig für einen frischen Salat. Durch die Kombi Anis/Fenchel/Kümmel und dazu noch Thymian wird es eher wie herber Kräutertee im Salat.
