: Review date:Still one of the few suppliers of uncut dried (i.e. unfermented) sage. But the 2014 consignment contained more dry leaves and woody twig parts already at harvest compared to 2012 and 2013. Has there been a switch to mechanical harvesting in the meantime? The dried material was also much more fragile.
Nach wie vor einjer der wenigen Anbieter von ungeschnitten getrocknetem (also unfermentiertem) Salbei. Aber die Sendung 2014 enthielt im Vergleich zu 2012 und 2013 mehr schon bei der Ernte trockene Blätter und verholzte Zweig-Teile. Wurde inzwischen zu maschineller Ernte übergegangen? Auch war das getrocknete Gut deutlich feinbrüchiger.
