Psyllium seeds are good for the stomach, this seems to be undisputed. We soak one teaspoonful of psyllium per person in a little water, drink the psyllium-water mixture after half an hour and then another glass of pure water afterwards. We have no intention of losing weight, but simply want to do something good for our stomachs. Because I took psyllium (after a long anaesthetic) together with other natural products as a "cure", I became aware of it in the first place and would not want to miss this product any more. Healthy or stomach-sensitive people - psyllium is always good, I think. Just make sure you drink enough, that's important.

Flohsamen sind gut für den Magen, dies scheint unbestritten zu sein. Wir weichen pro Person einen Teelöffel voll Flohsamen in ein wenig Wasser ein, trinken nach einer halben Stunde das Flohsamen-Wasser-Gemisch aus und danach noch je ein Glas Wasser pur hinterher. Wir haben nicht die Absicht, abzunehmen, sondern wollen einfach unseren Mägen etwas Gutes tun. Da ich Flosamen (nach einer längeren Narkose) zusammen mit anderen Naturprodukten Flohsamen als "Kur" eingenommen habe, wurde ich darauf überhaupt erst aufmerksam und möchte dieses Produkt nicht mehr missen. Gesunde oder magenempfindliche Menschen - Flohsamen ist immer gut, finde ich. Nur eben genug trinken, das ist wichtig.

die flohsamen streue ich mir in mein müsli, sind gut für die verdauung. ein esslöffel pur, füllt den magen schon ganz gut vor, wenn abnehmen angesagt ist....dann aber mindestens 200ml wasser (tee) hinterher trinken, sonst kann es gefährlich werden.
