I love using Sonnentor porcini mushrooms. For all kinds of sauces and condiments. The taste is excellent and intense, and so far I have not found a single bad mushroom, sand or the like in any of the packages. Not only do I not have to cut the mushrooms into small pieces, but I also don't have to strain the soaking water: great!

Ich verwende die Sonnentor Steinpilze äusserst gerne. Für jegliche Sugos und Saucen. Der Geschmack ist hervorragend und intensiv, bisher habe ich auch in keiner einzigen Packung einen schlechten Pilz, Sand oder dergleichen gefunden. Somit entfallen nicht nur das für mich eher lästige Kleinschneiden sondern auch das Abseihen des Einweichwassers: super!
