I would rather call this spice Italian spice. We really use it in almost all the Italian dishes we prepare in our house. No matter whether it's my partner or me. Caprese, pizza, pasta, salads, soups... Just everywhere. This is really perfect with any dish and combines the four essential Italian spices (basil, oregano, thyme, lovage) with each other. The only thing I don't like about Sonnentor products is the packaging. They are just too playful for me. For this reason, I deduct one point.

Ich würde dieses Gewürz eher Italiengewürz nennen. Wir benutzen es wirklich bei fast allen italienischen Gerichten die wir bei uns zubereiten. Egal ob meine Partnerin oder ich. Ob Caprese, Pizza, Pasta, Salate, Suppen.. Einfach überall. Das eignet sich wirklich perfekt zu jedem Gericht und verbindet die vier wesentlichen italienischen Gewürze (Basilikum, Oregano, Thymian, Liebstöckl) miteinander. Das einzige was ich an den Sonnentorprodukten nicht mag sind die Verpackungen. Die sind mir einfach zu verspielt. Aus diesem Grund gibt es auch einen Punkt Abzug.
