Sometimes black pepper is too strong for me and then I use the coloured pepper. Even if I don't use any other spices apart from salt and pepper, but want the pure flavour of the meat or vegetables. Just a little hot and peppery, but a little sweet and fruity.

Manchmal ist mir schwarzer Pfeffer zu heftig und dann nehme ich den bunten. Auch wenn ich keine weiteren Gewürze neben Salz und Pfeffer verwende, sondern den puren Geschmack von Fleisch oder Gemüse haben möchte. Nur ein bisschen scharf und pfeffrig, aber etwas süss und fruchtig.
