I use this black pepper, because it is already very finely ground, to make GARAM MASALA from just 4 ingredients according to my favourite recipe - a recipe I found myself (GEPA used to have the best); the spices and herbs from Sonnentor are my favourites.

Diesen schwarzen Pfeffer, weil schon sehr fein gemahlen, verwende ich um nach meinem Lieblingsrezept - selbst eruiertem Rezept - (es gab mal bei GEPA den besten), GARAM MASALA - aus lediglich 4 Zutaten, herzustellen; Die Gewürze und Kräuter von Sonnentor sind mir dabei die Liebsten.
